Become a Member of the CSEF

The CSEF aims to:

  • Help employers improve their HR practices.
  • Develop common positions on the issues that need to be addressed.
  • Make representations to government and other relevant bodies.
  • Engage with Trade Unions on sector wide issues.
  • Share experiences and provide mutual support.

Why Join the CSEF?

As a member of the CSEF you will receive:

A voice: Through joining with other employers in lobbying the government, we increase our chances of having our opinion heard. We especially focus on those government policies and practices which make it difficult for community organisations to be good employers or to comply with legal requirements.

An opportunity to help defend our community infrastructure which has been built up over years by committed activists and which employs over 50,000 people.

By subscribing (Euro 50) to the Employer Resource Bureau you will receive access to all parts of the ERB.
