Employer Resources - HR Legislation Library
Many Community employers only focus on HR issues when problems arise. This has resulted in the loss of many good and experienced staff.
All employers should remember that employees are far more aware of their rights nowadays. Small organisations are not exempt from the rules and to ignore them could incur liability. Human Resource Management should not differ significantly between the community, public or private sectors.
