Bullying and Harassment

There is a growing awareness that workplace Bullying and Harassment represents a major problem for both the employees and the performance of organisations

Research on workplace bullying is relatively new but there is evidence that bullying has negative effects on health, psychological well being and job satisfaction.

A recent report on workplace bullying here in Ireland claims that over 100 suicides a year could be as a direct result of workplace bullying.
