Application Form

Existing application forms have to be assessed against the requirements of the Employment Equality Act 1998. Application forms should only seek information that is relevant to the capacity of the person to do the job. Ensure that the same information is requested of everybody.

Monitoring is a method of keeping track of the numbers and type of people who either apply to an organisation or who are employed by it. By keeping such statistics, an organisation will get an idea of possible problem areas which may need further investigation.
